Each class is set to killer music with a beat that that motivates you, and encourages you to push your limits.
All FWC formats are designed to be challenging and yet easily modifiable, meeting you where you're at while allowing you to progress safely.

This is your superhero workout and a Fit with Cara favourite
STRONG combines body weight muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Every squat, every lunge, every kick and punch is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
It's more of a ROCKOUT kinda thing than a workout kinda thing.

BarreFusion is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. This class offers a unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and killer music.
No experience necessary for this class. We grab light weights (trust us- light is all you need) and work in sections. Low body, upper body, total body, and core. Annnnd.... there may be a few low impact, super fun cardio moments in there as well. ;)

Turn down the lights and crank the music...it's HIP-HOP Barre!!

Rockin' out to the best of 80's, 90's and early 2000's hip-hop, this barre class is a little less focussed on technique (though still important), and a whole lot more on having a good time (extremely important).

Light weights, bands, balls, disco lights- we got it all!

SOULstrength - rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to the beat of a great playlist that keeps you energized throughout the class.

With the option to use light/medium weights, SOULstrength targets select muscle groups followed by tabata inspired cardio bursts.

This is quickly becoming a Fit With Cara favourite.

POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, breathwork, and meditation.
Using Ripstix, participants are guided through a deeply intentional, rhythmic journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental, physical, and emotional.
POUND Unplugged connects mind, body, and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences, unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class. Ahhh....

Circuit City
A 60 min class that take us all over the gym. Battle ropes? - yep!
Steps? - of course. Kettlebells? Those too.
TRX's? uh-huh! You name it, we use
With anywhere between 5-8 stations, each focusing on a different exercise and body part, it's guaranteed to be a sizzler.

Circuit is often paired with Circl Mobility for a 'best of both worlds' FWC experience.
Moving through breath work, into a state of mobility flow, followed by flexibility, Circl Mobility takes us through both active and passive range of motion exercises. No jumping, no impact, just amazing movement.
​
FWC whole heartedly believes mobility and flexibility are critical to increasing your activity, vitality, and longevity, and something everyone should have on their schedule!

On Saturdays and for summer only, I'm kicking you out the gym and telling you to Take a Hike.
We're going to head outside on to the trail and spend a little time in nature.
Ranging from easy to moderate, each hike will be about an hour and you are encouraged to bring anyone you'd like.
Hike and meeting locations will be posted on the FWC socials. There's no obligation to join, but we sure hope you do!
